Hi there! My name is Amber Buhler. I’m the wifey to Taylor, mommy to Bennett and Ivy and a hoarder of houseplants. I’m a child of God and I love cooking, minimalism, home making and the gathering of people around my table. My passion is to help people overcome their health and dietary restrictions through compassion and using my own personal experiences, to help relieve some of the stresses they experience in their everyday lives. My desire is to minimize the gap of their health alienating them in society and to educate people, so they may better serve anyone who comes into their home.
